Research Interests

  • Digital Innovation and Transformation: Digital technology plays an increasingly important role in an organizational context, which generates new possibilities for innovation and transformation in a wide range of domains including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, service, retail, and education industries. Indeed, organizations must innovate continuously to sustain their competitive advantage in such a rapidly changing environment. Our research team focuses on exploring the strategic role of IT and its potential impact on business.
  • Case Study: We mainly adopt qualitative case study research to study contemporary phenomena, such as IT and organizational transformation, digital platforms and ecosystems, IT outsourcing, and digitally-enabled social inclusion.
